Special Event Beverage Packages
The Blarney Stone has an extensive beverage program. The variety, quality and pricing of our products are some of the best in Vancouver. We have a large selection of beer, wine, spirits, and whiskeys from all over the world.
We offer the following Special Event Beverage Packages and Beverage Pricing Categories:
Open Bar Package
Open Bar allows to guests to order what they wish charged to the account of the group organizer. The group organizer may choose to specify, or limit the type of products available according to the Beverage Categories below. The organizer can also limit the total amount the group spends by either setting a dollar or time limit on the account. Group discounts available when in conjunction with Food Service Packages. Inquire for details.
Drink Ticket Package
Drink Tickets allow the group organizer to budget in advance how many drinks and what type of drinks they wish to provide. It also allows the organizer to distribute the tickets as they see fit. Drink tickets are priced according to the Beverage Category listed below. Group discounts available when in conjunction with Food Service Packages. Inquire for details.
The following Ticket options are available:
Bronze Tickets – Good for Domestic Draft and Domestic Bottled Beer, and Well Spirits Hi-Balls (Mixed with Pop), Pop, Coffee and Bottled Water.
Silver Tickets – Good for all Basic Ticket Items plus, Import Bottled Beer, Well Spirits Hi-Balls and Cocktails (Mixed with Juice), and House Red and White Wine.
Gold Tickets – Good for all Deluxe Ticket items plus Premium Draft Beer, Back Bar Spirits, All Juice and Energy Drink Mixes, and Import Red and White Wine.
Cash Bar Package
Cash Bar allows the group organizer to leave beverage purchases up to the guests. Cash Bar will be charged at our regular prices. Complete list of prices can be found in the Drinks Menu section of this website.
Terms & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $10 per person, is required upon booking to hold the space for the date. This deposit will be applied to the payment of 50% of the event quotation, which is due no later than 30 days prior to event. Payments are payable by Cash/Debit, Credit Card, Certified Cheque, or by Paypal through our Website. Food & Beverage Package must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Final number of attendees must be confirmed no later than 1 week prior to the event. Balance is due on day of event, payable by Cash/Debit, or Credit ONLY and must be paid prior to event start time.
