Established in 1972, The Blarney Stone is the longest running Irish Pub in the City of Vancouver. Over the years it changed owners a few times, before finding itself in the tender loving hands of Eddie & Marv Emerman, who took over in 2005. Once in charge the Emerman brothers set about restoring the pub and it’s reputation to it’s former glory. Their 2010 renovation catapulted this 19th Century Building into the 21st Century with a state of the art sound & lighting system and a complete remodel that has revitalized the room, restoring the inner charm that lay hidden below.

The house band “Killarney” is still a staple at the Blarney Stone. Their unrivaled rendition of Irish Rock has reverberated off the bricks and beams of The Blarney Stone since they moved here direct from Ireland in 1984!  2012 will be their 28th Anniversary!!
