Enjoy a tasty Jameson cocktail upon arrival. Then, while you tuck into your delicious three-course dinner, the Jameson Brand Ambassador will regale you with the Jameson Irish Whiskey story. Live music will soundtrack the evening.

APPETIZER: Scallop & Mushroom Vol au Vent- Flakey puff pastry stuffed with pacific scallops and mushrooms in a light Jameson Caskmates infused cream sauce. Paired with: Jameson Caskmates (creamy and fruity)
MAIN: Braised lamb Shank and Herb Polenta – Slow braised lamb shanks with grilled asparagus and polenta with Jameson Black barrel & raspberry gastrique. Paired with: Jameson Black Barrel (balanced smoke and fruit)
DESSERT: Corn Bread Pudding- House-made cornbread and custard served with Chantilly cream, caramel sauce and Jameson Crested macerated berries. Paired with: Jameson Crested (sweet and Fruity)
