The Story of Guinness – Pairing Dinner

Join us for The Story of Guinness – Four-Course Dinner during our seven day ‘savage craic’ St Pats Week Festival at The Blarney Stone!

Enjoy a tasty Guinness Black Lager upon arrival. Then, while you tuck into your delicious four-course dinner, the Guinness Brand Ambassador will regale you with the Guinness history.

The entire meal is infused with Guinness and paired to perfection!

Menu and Beer Pairing:

Welcome Beer – Guinness Black Lager

Harp – Panko breaded prawns and a Harp thai chilli sauce

Kilkenny – Mini Kilkenny Trio, Kilkenny Chicken Pot Pies, Kilkenny battered fish and chips, and Crispy Tofu

Guinness – Braised Guinness Lamb Rack drizzled with a Wild Mushroom Guinness Gravy, served with colcannon and roasted root vegetables

Pick Me Up Martini (espresso vodka, double brew coffee, Bailey’s, Kahlua) – Baileys Irish Cheesecake served with Baileys whipped cream, Raspberry Coulis and garnished with a fresh mint leaf
